Allegedly, this Lexus RX was parked illegally so the Russian authorities took care of the problem in there own unorthodox way -or at least that’s what the guys at “englishrussia” claim. Truth is however, we don’t give much credit to the scenario as this looks to be a brand new Lexus RX - it’s still covered with the protective plastic wrap! So we’re guessing maybe it was confiscated and destroyed by the police or someone with a camera simply got lucky and saw the Russian mafia in action...
