With the all-new Peugeot 308 officially introduced less than a week ago, we were quite surprised today when one of our readers pointed out to us a couple of images featuring the upcoming 308 CC and 308 SW that were posted on a French site called “Forum-Auto”. But are the pictures for real or are they work of a talented photoshop artist?
To begin with, all three images -308 hatch, 308 CC and 308 SW, appear to have been “scooped” during a photo shoot and a first verdict says they’re bona fide. However, a closer look at the 308 CC reveals a few details that don’t quite fit. Most importantly there’s the windshield; it seems like it’s twisted. Then there’s the wheels -compare the size of the front wheel with the rear. On the other hand, we couldn’t find any flaws on the 308 SW image -it looks rather real to us. Follow the jump to see the 308 SW and tell us what you think.
Props to Miguel for the tip!

If so these models really look - again - ugly. I'm sorry but with it's design Peugeot really drives the wrong way.
Yes, these photo's are definetly fake, good try though who ever done the CGI's
Think you are both wrong here guys!
1) The cars look superb
2) they are real.
We shall all see in a couple of months :)
I agree with leifmichelsen.. Peugeot really seems to be 'uglifying' it models in order to give them a recognisable shape and style, but frankly the whole bubble look is no substtute for the sleekness of models such as the 206CC which should've been built upon.
100% fake. the 308cc just doesnt look real at all. Peugeot has lead the way with couoe/cab models in the last 7 years and surely do better than that. The 308sw is simply a 407sw bolted on the back of a 308 hatch with the tail lights stretched. the reflecions on the rear window are classic photoshop.
All 3 cars are real, photos were taken in Soucheaux at the european dealer launch.
the cars are a work of art and by the sounds of it most of you drive boaring as bat shit volkswagons. You all think that you know something but th fact is that you dont know nuthin!!!
Fake I recognise the setting the red 308 was there so were many other cars like 307cc .so setting right but doctored picture of a 307cc
omg so funny. today we see that these pictures were 100% real. And those who were soooo sure that these are _definately_ fakes again see that they were wrong. So we see: 100% in the internet means nothing :D
People thougth time ago that these photos of 308cc was a fake, but they were real. I am making the fanclub of Peugeot 308 cc, (club308cc.com) and there you can see that this is the real look of the car.
Dont tell me that thay are building another lemmon car
The 206cc was just rubbish on wheels.
It wiil just fall appart after 40,000km
