Weird Accident: Honda Civic vs Toyota Corolla

We’ve heard that the Toyota Corolla Altis is topping the Honda Civic in sales in Thailand, but this is totally ridiculous… But seriously now; if the Toyota Corolla didn’t fall from the sky, how the heck did it end up “humping” this poor Honda Civic? If you’ve got any information please share it with us, we’re really curious about this one. The accident was shot in Thailand's frenetic capital, Bangkok.

    By looking at the Toyota's dented rear bumper you see where the Toyota has rear-ended the Civic's front end and just kept going until it ended on top of the Civic.

    Upon futher review the crushed hood of the Civic is further proof that the Toyota backed over the Civic and didn't 'run over the Civic from the rear due to the Civic's unblemished trunk lid.

    looks like the toyota reversed up the civic with its bum bum. Interspecies breeding of cars are bad though, you'll get mutants like Peroduas.

    The Honda has damage on the nose and the Toyota on the rear. The rear of a a car lifts as it brakes hard and the nose dives, get the right combination of timing and speed and hey presto humping cars! There is another pic on the net of a couple of 92-96 cavaliers trying to breed in the same way.

    I see damage to the Honda's front end - the bumper is not fitting properly. There is also damage to the back end of the Corolla and the exhaust is hanging down on the Civic's back window. My bet is that the Corrolla was stopping fast, causing the nose to dive when the Civic rear-ended it and slid underneath. The Civic was probably on the brakes hard, causing the nose to dip and slide under the back end of the Corolla, which would have been higher in the air because the Corolla was braking hard. This seems more likely than the Corolla reversing onto the top of the Civic.

    However it happened, just thinking outside the square, this is proof that the modern Japanese cars (even compacts) are being made rigid enough. Remember the old Volvo ads from the '70s and '80s where cars were stacked one atop the other and the pillars didn't collapse? Well, this is a Civic, not a Legend, and still...

    looks more like the civic's been lowered... looks pretty good lol
