From what we managed to find out, both of these cars seem to be the work of a Swedish coachbuilder called “Dalbo Fordonsteknik”. Call us weird, but we found the XC70 AWD El Camino’s design somewhat appealing. Maybe FoMoCo should look into building this one itself. wow.. they look good... i remember a few years back, a volvo enthusiast sent me a photo of an s80 limo... it was parked just outside a volvo building. i guess volvo make em just for the purpose of showcasing it in the museum...
No, the S80 limo is quite common in Sweden for airport transfers and VIP taxis. The Swedish government is also a large customer.
And it's cool how one tows the other :)
I think the double axle pick up is the bespoke conversion that Volvo use as a camera car for a lot of their photo- and video-shoots around the world. It has air suspension, and a sophisticated rear bed with sophisticated mountings for camera equipment.

Finally I have had a V8 SS Holden Ute and no moved to Sweden arfter meeting a Swedish girl and getting hooked and moved half the way over the world and now Volvo brings this out hell yeah nice work cant wait!
