Porsche Cayman S 314 Hp Tuned by Inden Design

|
While we’re still waiting for Porsche to officially reveal the more powerful Cayman S Sport, the German tuning firm “Inden Design” presented a new sports kit for the Cayman S model. Thanks to a new exhaust system, the Cayman S 3.4-liter boxer engine’s output is raised by 19Hp delivering a total of 314 Hp. According to Inden Design, the flaps of the exhaust systems are operated together with a control unit. A small microprocessor, which is freely programmable, is embedded in this system. The sports kit also includes new H&R height adjustable coil overs and a set of bespoke 19-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 235/35 R19 rubber on the front and 305/25 R19 at the rear. -Photo gallery after the jump

Probably the best looking exhaust I have seen, and I am not talking the tips, but the actual system. The Germans know their own cars the best.

I like the Cayman, I do... but out of principle, anyone I see driving one I think is a mug. Porsche is the only company I know that is able to charge people a premium to buy the hardtop over its convertible just by changing the name!!! Why not just call it what it is, a Boxster Hardtop. Anyway, I like the car, but obviously prefer the convertible!

That's a silly comment, I mean why not call the Boxster a Cayman Cabriolet ??? Doh... Yes they share the same platform - 987 - but there are also significant differences between the cars. Something you'd learn if you come visit the www.caymanclub.net site, just like the fact that this exhaust is a Capristo exhaust made in Germany by Antonio Capristo who makes exhausts for Italian cars and other exotics. My Cayman had the first one and their are videos of it on YouTube and on the CaymanClub.Net site.
