These official images of the new Seat Exeo that were registered at the European trademark office leave few doubts that the Spanish carmaker’s forthcoming mid-size sedan and its station wagon sibling are nothing more than rebadged versions of the previous generation Audi A4 Sedan and Avant respectively. The Exeo, which will not replace the
As you can see, Seat’s design team had a pretty easy job with this project. From what we can make from the photos, the only parts of the Audi A4 that were redesigned are the front and rear end. While we don’t have any pictures of the Exeo’s interior, we gather that it will most likely be lifted off the previous generation A4. –Continued
Seat officials have confirmed that the Exeo will enter production in early 2009 so don’t be surprised if we see it making its global premier at the Paris Auto Show in October. The Exeo will be offered with a variety of powertrains including VW’s latest TSI turbocharged gasoline and TDI turbo diesel units.

This is just wrong, it's degrading to Audi's image, Seat's design & engineering and VW's management. Every manufacturer has a dud, and this is Seat's. It wouldn't have been a big deal if this was based on the old A4 platform with different sheetmetal and interior.

That's exactly what it is, you numbskull...
In previous reports i've read, it says this car will have the dashboard out of the A4 convertible, not the saloon.
Also, regarding the design of the wagon, it looks like a Fiat Croma from the back. Not the most stylish or well received vehicle in the world.

Look at the paris motor show images, it's an exact copy, with different badges and headlights, exactly the same sheet metal, and the exact same interior.
