We know you’ve been waiting for quite some time for the full image gallery of the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS so we’ll forgive you if you choose to ignore us and follow the jump to check out our high-resolution photos of the range-topping Camaro. For those willing to continue reading, for the time being the SS is the most powerful version of the new generation Camaro as it will pack GM’s 6.2-liter V8 engine delivering 422 HP and 408 lb.-ft. of torque (553 Nm) when combined with the 6-speed manual gearbox and 400 HP and 395 lb.-ft. of torque (535 Nm) when matted to a 6-speed automatic transmission. -Continued

Very nice styling, but essentially a museum piece in today's world. Had GM been cultivating the Camaro like Porsche has done with its models then you would be viewing an automobile that might be addressing the times. Unfortunately, for GM, it SOP—a day late and a few million dollars short.

This is one of the most anticipated cars to come from the Bowtie (in addition) to the ZR1 in quite some time. Glad to see it pretty much looks like the concept.

I think that the auto manufacturers are doing themselves a disservice by releasing so many photos and waiting so long to introduce these cars. By the time they hit the streets, they don't seem new anymore. I just saw the Challenger at a dealership, and it was kind of boring.
