Any sort of accident that involves expensive sports cars always draws the attention of the media and car aficionados alike. This Ferrari mishap that occurred somewhere in the capitol of Greece, Athens, is no exception as these pictures made the round of the world. Details are scarce but what really amazes us is that, despite the ferocity of the crash, the powertrain of the 599 GTB Fiorano remained relatively intact. Hopefully, the same goes for the driver of the Italian supercar.

It can't be greece because we drive at the right side of the road..You can also see the caution marks that show the right turn..These things simply don't exist in greece,we drive on our own...

destructive wise that aint nothing, there is 599 GTB that crashed in Albania, it hit a tree at 170kmh and the car split in two, the driver died instantly because the racing seat belts that were anchored to the rear of the car crushed his body upon seperation of the chasis

Rear engine, huh!! Obviously you haven't even seen one up close. The 599 GTB has a front engine, rear wheel drive layout.
Regarding the location it is Athens, Greece. The driver was street racing/showing off and lost control.

The Road is Attiki odos that goes to the Airport.

599 is a front mount engine car with rear wheel drive.

Dont know if driver was street racing or showing off....

Just a minor dent...brains and ability seem to be inversely proportional to the size of the drivers bank account. What a waste...

Typical Greek idiot... lol, every greek drives an expensive car just to show off and they work their asses of everyday just to pay off the car. You gotta see most people in Greece driving around in expensive cars, most of them are either peasants, uneducated people or inferior people. Trust me I know, i'm Greek...

I was going to mock you for thinking that a 599 gtb is rear engined but you did it yourself!
