An alert member of the Honda-loving VTEC forums that goes by the pseudonym 'Puttz' captured this CR-V model parked outside a restaurant in Dublin, Ohio, some 20 minutes away from Honda's Marysville plant. The cell phone picture isn't of the best quality and looks blurry in parts, but there's no doubt that there's something subtly different about this CR-V's fascia. And by different we mean the enlarged upper chrome grille that takes up the entire width between the headlights, the modified lower grille and the restyled bumper. According to Puttz, the vehicle also featured a different set of alloy wheels.

Could it be a lightly facelifted version of the current Honda CR-V? Well, fact is that one can never be 100 percent certain with these kind of stories/photos, so unless we hear or see something more substantial we better leave it at that.

With exception to the discontinued S2000 and the new Accord coupe, the Honda family of vehicles are completely unappealing.

Gee thats great.. Now it looks like the last one it replaced... Hondas are very odd looking cars - although the new Accord Euro is pretty nice..

the 2010 CRV does indeed get a "new" front end and rear bumper and all trim levels get new wheels, including the LX trim getting 17" alloys (at least here in Canada) and some nice re-packaging of the trims, xm radio, bluetooth etc. (finally). but i will agree if thats what we have to look forward too in terms of a refreshed crv, we are in trouble. doesnt look like any powertrain changes but dont know for certain. highly doubt it.

Nice update and will purchase one as soon as it is released. Never will listen to those that are immature with their remarks.

CR-V's are a hot selling CRV over others.

Hey, Honda, put some door guards (strips across the doors to prevent careless idiots who don't look when they open their doors) on the new 2010. Stop making this an overpriced option!

I hope that they beef up the roof since it did marginal on the roof strength test conducted by the IIHS. From reading the article from the IIHS website if a vehicle does not maintain a good rating on all four tests the vehicle will not receive a top pick rating.

Honda needs some new designers. Actually, they needed them back when the first version of this CRV was on the drawing board
