2010 Saab 9-5 Sedan SportCombiA pair of allegedly official computer generated renderings showing the 2010 Saab 9-5 in both sedan and SportCombi (station-wagon) forms have found their way into the net through a dedicated Saab site. The author of the article on Saabsunited, Swade, supports that both CGIs are "original Saab stock" and that the Swedish automaker requested their removal, which he did, but uploaded them again since they had been copied on other sites.

There's no way of confirming their authenticity, they may or may not be official, heck maybe even Saab let the photos slip out for all we know. If you're up to it, you can compare these illustrations with our spy shots of camouflaged and partially unmasked 2010 Saab 9-5 prototypes by clicking here.

One thing is certain, this car seems promising.

From what I have seen from the REAL NG9-5, the sedan CGI here is a little awkward around the rear end, otherwise quite accurate. The rear door window angle is deceiving in the CGI, and it makes the car look a little doofy. Rest assured though, the car in the metal is a beauty.

if those are some real illustrations, all i can say is there's a HUGE improvement from the currently 9-5
i find this new model kinda edgy and that's why i like it

about time they eventually changed the front and got rid of that super bumper that was so 80's

Very encouraging indeed. The more genuine alternatives to the German domination of the executive market the better.

    Nice...

Hope Koenigsegg (Saab's new owners) are successful with Saab. Maybe have a range of BMW M rivals...

    A first for me.

The first Saab I have ever found attractive.

Very interesting design, be nice to see some interior pic's.

Being a fan of 'Long Roofs' I have an interest in distinctive ones, this qualifies.
