For some twisted reason, Honda likes to remind us every once in a while that the CR-Z hybrid sports coupe and the hybrid version of the Jazz - Fit will enter production. But to completely fair, at least this time the Japanese automaker released some new information in the form of the JDM launch dates. According to Honda, customers in Japan will be able to buy the CR-Z from February 2010 and the Fit Hybrid (Jazz in Europe) sometime before the end of 2010.
H
onda added that the start date for European sales of the spiritual successor of the CR-X coupe that is based on the 2007 Tokyo Show CR-Z concept car will be released toward the end of 2009.
And what about the Jazz Hybrid? Well, Honda's exact words were "the IMA system will also be introduced into the award-winning Honda Jazz within the next few years." In other words, don't expect to see the hybrid supermini arriving at Honda's European showroom any time soon.

"The Japanese know how to make futuristic cars."
Futuristic like Honda and Acura's present NA lineup?
Yeah, the future is here. Cars like those make me wish that the robots would hurry up and overthrow humanity.
The Japanese also know how to make futuristic robots.....not meant to....overthrow humanity!

Why not just call this the Insight Coupe?
Too bad, honda is deaf, crz what about the crx of the old days. Bring the u.s. one, like the uk is getting. Oh well honda is plain stubborn. Refusing to give us in the usa a hot hatch with 3 doors is crasy. I hope honda will change their way of thinking, and give america a 3 door civic si, or a crx si with a k20 engine in a si package. Come on Honda get with the program. Gas mileage is still with these packages, and sales will be good. Now that honda killed the acura rsx another mistake, maybe now honda can bring back the crx. Honda just do it, and get back to heritage that made you what you are today. Thanks
When will it be sold in the states
