At least in this case, the Chinese cop who decided it was okay to park his police car on a pedestrian crossing somewhere on the roads of Beijing, wasn't above the law as his vehicle got booted just like the 'civilian' car in front of him. Coz China's a bit confusing... They have Armed Police (武警), Police (警察) and Public Security (公安)... The car clamped is a Public Security car. But in the last picture Parjero-like SUV is a real police car.
I think it is a Toyota Hilux but I think you're right Anonymous no.5.
