Among the various Hyundai Genesis Coupe proposals showcased at SEMA is this funky example that was co-developed by RIDES and Lux Design. The Korean coupe was sprayed with a coat of Porsche 911 GT3 RS orange paint while the roof was refinished in matte black. It also features a custom body kit from Sarona Design that includes a new front fascia, rear bumper, grille, sideskirts and vented fenders, complemented by a set of 20-inch matte black alloy wheels from Vossen. The coupe's 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine was also upgraded with a Turbonetics GT-K 350 ceramic ball bearing turbo and Spearco front-mount intercooler while other performance mods include a full GReddy Racing Ti-C turbo-back exhaust, StopTech brakes and a new coilover kit that lowers the car's ride height.

Are you sure the colour came from a GT3 or that it's just an orange colour and the GT3 is ebing name-dropped just for the association?
LOOKS SWEET! I hope that the Hyundai execs are looking at all the different Genesis Coupe's so they can have a business proposition on aftermarket parts!
Three basic steps to making a Hyundai look more ghetto...
1) Paint it a bright color... in this case, orange
2) Add more plastic cladding to the body and wheels from the Tire Rack.
3) A big geeky stereo to further irritate people at stoplights.
Basically the same tired formula since, well, forever. Very original. Good job Hyundai.
Not even a Ferrari or Lambo can stand next to the Genesis. ts soo good.
Hey they could call it Tremclad limited edition.

Think about what you've just typed.

Hey uve made me think again-
Not even a Ferrari or a Lambo can stand next to the Genesis. Its soo good.
Lets face it..its one of the most well designed cars ever....its got the right numbers for a cracking performance and its popularity is growing very quickly.
oh dear god.. haha mate come on.. ok it looks decent but honestly you can't name drop Hyundai with Ferrari and Lamborghini in the same sentence it's just not right. Hyundai's aren't hand made, and don't have a rich history in motorsport..I mean I drive a Getz so I aint complaining, but you can't compare a 2.0L tinpot to a 4L V8..no matter how many ball bearing turbos you wanna bolt onto it.. step back in line and get back down to earth son!

You don't buy a car for its history in motor sport or because of the brand name, let alone because it's supposedly hand made.... unless you're a cock (as in rooster) of course... Seriously do, watch the Ultimate Factories show on National Geographic, they have an episode about Lamborghini and one about Ferrari. They use the same techniques to build engines as any other car manufacturers, with small exceptions like they torque one bolt at a time (which is stupid by the way), while others torque several. Ferrari has more robots in their factory than most other car manufacturers, while Lamborghini doesn't even have a foundry or a paint shop... And they've both outsourced their transmission manufacturing. Never mind that ALCOA (in OHIO, USA) makes the rims for both of them... so there you have it...
