Japanese tuning firm Tommy Kaira will be showcasing a new sport package comprising of numerous aerodynamic add-ons as well as suspension and interior upgrades for the Nissan GT-R R35 at the forthcoming Tokyo Auto Salon that runs from January 15 to 17.
As you can see in the teaser sketches and the photos shot during the development phase after the break, the aero package consists of a front bumper with a lip spoiler, side skirts, extended rear fenders, a rear wing and a chunky rear diffuser, all trimmed in carbon fiber.
Tommy Kaira's tuning kit for the Nissan sports car also includes upgraded suspension parts and interior enhancements in the form of Recaro bucket seats and hand-stitched leather trim.
We'll have more details and photos on Tommy Kaira's Nissan GT-R package closer to the opening date of the 2010 Tokyo Auto Salon.

what is that stuff they used to carve the kit with?
They do the inital full scale scuplting out of modeling clay. They then use those clays to make molds for laying fiberglass for limited production kits.

Well, there's a part of the GTR's dash that I affectionately refer to as "Carl Ghosn's asshole" because you HAVE TO stare down it when driving the GTR and NOBODY at Nissan has ever bothered to fix it.
See if you can find it, and you'll never look at this poorly assembled dash the same way again.

they ruined an amazing looking car
This GTR represents the best fully tuned R35 in the world. I absolutely love pretty much anything that comes from the JDM tuner Tommy Kaira! This body kit looks great, the rims are pimp, and I bet it all cost a pretty penny.
