German firm AK-Car Design joins the parade of aftermarket tuning houses tweaking the all-new Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG 'Gullwing' supercar. For now, the company's offerings are limited to an exterior package that includes a restyled grille, new front and rear bumpers, side skirts and reshaped diffuser housing two sets of tail pipes.
The new alloy wheels and the decorative trim on the B-column and the air-vents on the front fender complete the package.

The front looks quite nice, not exactly sure about the rest yet.
THE ONLY WORD I CAN SAY: IS UGLY
looks better above than in any magazine pic i have seen yet. ugly? yes and no. one thing is certain: enough people will love it enough to sell out. this i am certain! only a handfull will be built.
I would like to own such an ugly car!
The original still looks a lot better. New one is ill-proportioned,the tail end too...boring. Gull wing doors no longer impress, maybe because various car customizers have come up with better, more adventurous door openings even on budget sedans.
