It's been 20 years since Nissan's luxury division first set foot in the US market and to celebrate the event, Infinifi has released three special edition versions of its G37 sedan, coupe and convertible models equipped with various standard goodies.
The Anniversary G37s will be available in the States in a limited number of 350 G Sedans and 200 each for the G Coupe and G Convertible with sales set to start nationwide in mid-April.
All Anniversary Editions are powered by a 3.7-liter V6 engine hooked up to a 7-speed automatic transmission and feature a new Graphite Shadow exterior color with the interiors appointed with Monaco Red Leather.
The Coupe and Convertible interiors are accented with special Red-toned Maple and the two Sedans have the new Shodo-finish aluminum trim.
Other Anniversary Edition equipment includes standard Premium and Navigation Packages, specific alloy wheels with W-rated summer performance tires, Midnight Black grille, unique front chin spoiler or front fascia, sport side sills (Coupe and Convertible), rear spoiler (except Convertible) while the Coupe also receives an updated rear fascia.

Utterly b-o-r-i-n-g. A lineup that believes, in its own mind, that it qualifies for the luxury category.
Your boring...
^ No, he's right. Infiniti really doesn't have anything going for it.
Anybody who has ever spent time in an Infiniti would not agree with those statements.
However, when I hear "Special Edition" or "Anniversary Somethingorother", I expect an increase in coolness. Say a nice 20-30hp bump. Some sweet wheels. There is nothing special about this special edition.
Secondly, red interior is HIDEOUS. Always has been, always will be. Any car, any manufacturer, across the board it is outrageously horrid. Ask any dealership on the planet and they'll say selling a red interior-clad vehicle is a nightmare. Tacky. Fail.

Name 3 technological achivements that Infiniti pioneered in the last 20 years. Stuff that appeared on Infinti's before anyone produced a similar piece of technological hardware, even Nissan.
That's your homework for the day.
This is without a doubt the best mid sized car and the new anniversary edition makes it even better. Infiniti is doing a great job (Y)
The only car that can pulloff a red interior is a white, late 50's Caddy convertible. The ultimate in rat-pack coolness!
i love the fog lights in the bumper! i hope the coupe version will have that option.
It does not really looks like a soft-Mercedes, right? I mean really!
This series has been accepted fairly well in European journalism since its launch in EU,yet her amount of CO2(248g/km) could be improved.
Indeed,the Audi S4 with 333bhp turbo 3.0-litres exhausts 225g/km and the Mercedes C350CGI(292bhp) makes 193g/km. BMW 335i is 218g/km,much cleaner than the Infiniti G37.
As a whole, her environmental factor are acceptable, better than the Saab 9-5 2.8T and the Opel Insignia V6 series(OPC=268g/km,2.8T=256g/km),yet Japanese combustion technology can do more,I believe. So is her fuel consumption of 9km/l+ average.
The Infiniti G37 series is a worthy rival for small-medium range of Mercedes and BMW,with respectable performance and reasonable price not only in USA/Canada but also in EU.
