The upcoming Veloster sports hatch will be sharing the spotlight at Hyundai's Detroit motorshow stand with a new crossover concept called the Curb. The South Korean firm has released very little information on the study that carries the HCD-12 codename, but we do know that it has been penned at the firm's California Design Center. According to the company, the Curb's styling is an evolution of the "fluidic sculpture" design language seen on the latest Sonata and Elantra sedans. The official unveiling of the Curb will take place on Monday, January 10 at the Cobo Hall in Detroit.

Wow, what the Nissan Juke should have looked like, only to be morphed to a better style by Hyundai.
I love the Nissan Juke for it's sheer bravery and could't give a damn attitude, and now this from Hyundai! I have to say I am impressed, i've changed my opinion of this brand within the space of a year, seriously impressive stuff and soon there won't be a dud car in it's range.
Will they be releasing a Stomp version of the curb?
I seem to recall a lot of whinging when the first shots of the LR Evoque appeared because the rear window was so narrow. Whats the difference here? Except of course it's Hyandai and all the fanboys can see no wrong!
It is pretty cool though.
must see the production version. seems over styled, but will give it a fair chance when/if it comes out.
