Video: A Very, Very Close Call for Biker

|

A motorcycle ride almost turned deadly for a biker and his passenger when an oncoming pickup truck literally passed inches away– if not touching the man's arm.

It all happens so fast that you will probably miss it the first time you view the video (freeze 12 seconds into the clip to watch the truck go by). Watch it for yourself in the video after the break.

These people don't care... Unless caught then faced with being sued to death.

Reminds me years ago of some teen in CO who borrowed her parents Surburban and wiped out some other car. She probably acted arrogantly at the time but when caught was crying crocodile tears!

Looks like the UK, and looks like a Chevy Avalanche.  why would you buy/drive an Avalanche in the UK? And if so, that careless driver should be easy to find...

Ok, further investigation suggest Australia and the truck looks like a Ford or Toyota.  UK is simply not that dry and dusty :)

definitely Australia. definitely a Toyota Hilux! Likely NSW. Glad he mananged to keep it upright and not be forced into an accident while trying to avoid the first one.

Not to mention he had the best reaction: kept his look at the road, not on the crazy SUV...

Bike lessons:
- First: "Where you look is where you go..."
- Second: you're not a biker until you had at least one crash :(
... then you realise you enjoy riding only when you're able to imagine the worst case scenarios

(maybe the SUV driver was not australian, and messed up with the left/right driving... but still he should have seen him coming)
