Erroneously, Hyundai thinks American consumers have no idea what's going on in the rest of the (automotive) world. We beg to differ even though some may seem eager to play along with Hyundai's meaningless teasing game…
"Take a sneak peak of the 2013 Genesis Coupe being introduced at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit, MI on January 9th 2012. We're very excited to share with you this sneak peak, check back next week for the full video and more footage," says Hyundai on its YouTube channel.
We say take a gander at the KDM version of the facelifted Genesis Coupe that has been making the internet rounds since last November...
Heck, some U.S. aftermarket firms have even started offering the facelifted model's redesigned tail lamps for the 2010-2012 Genesis Coupe (see the videos after the break).

I'm guessing it has 4 wheels
Hyundai has come a long way in a short time, but this model that needs to be rethought, restyled, and reintroduced. It simply never hit the styling mark needed for the segment it's after. It's a four-seater coupe that wants to be a sports car. Some of its styling cues are as odd as the Juke's. Start with a clean slate and try again. (And ditch Rhys Millen.)
Nah it comes with 2 and a half wheels
Just redesign the entire car. Please.
