We've watched this video several times and we're still not sure if it’s a matter of "vibration and resonant frequency" or " manipulative stupidonance" as suggested by some of the commentators on YouTube.
What we see here is a firefighter teaching some young lads how to break a car window with your finger instead of doing it the easy way with let's say a brick.
A young man wearing firefighter gloves then begins tapping the rear window of a car with his finger starting from the center and increasing the pressure diagonally until he reaches the corner.
Though we can't say for sure it has something to do with the trick, note that if you pay close attention to the video at around 1 minute and 24 seconds, you can see that the fireman has a yellow object/tool wrapped around his left index finger.

If you look as the instructor shows the firefighter how he wants him to do it, at the 0:21 second mark you can see the instructors left hand(the one with the tool on it at the 1:24) is over the windows top right corner. As you would with a center punch you would use it on the corner of a window. It looks like the instructor is pulling a prank on the firefighter, making him believe what he did actually worked. When in reality he uses a tool, likely a small concealable enter punch, to break the window from the top left corner.
I've got to try that on one of the Ferrari parking near my work place.
1 tiny piece of porcelain(shatter a spark plug on the ground) thrown at a window will shatter it to pieces.
Yeah, he cracked it at the beginning, you could have bounced a tennis ball off of it after that and it would've shattered
"give me some hard evidence and I will give you an opinion" I guess does not apply here. Everybody loves a know-it-all.
