Only moments after Lexus confirmed the presence of its updated 2013 RX range at the Geneva Motor Show next week by teasing us with a cropped image of the crossover's new spindle grille (despite the leaked JDM brochure), three dozen photos of the facelifted model hit the interwebs.
The pictures include the refreshed gasoline-only RX 350, the hybrid-powered RX 450h and the new addition to the range, the RX 450h F-Sport.
The latter adds a raft of unique styling cues to the RX including a different front fascia with a honeycomb-style insert, an aero package, tinted lights and larger alloy wheels, plus sports steering wheel, seats and alloy pedals.
We still don't know if and what kind of upgrades the F Sport model brings to the crossover's suspension, steering and braking systems.

Styled in the 90s, horrible.
During rush hour, from my second floor window, I saw a new RX and a new Kia Sportage crawl through traffic.
Never really thought much about Kia, but IMO have to admit the Sportage looked as good as, if not better than, the RX...!
On looks alone, I would prefer the Sportage. Time Lexus restyled this thing.
I think it's a definite improvement. The grille makes more sense for some reason on this car than it does on the GS.
I really just want to see the restyled LS at this point. Its pretty easy to guess what it will look like as the spindle design & other native cues give hints but I'm ready for its reveal. Lexus has some stiff competition in the large luxury class and I can only hope they bring their best exterior & interior design forward - it needs to be miles ahead of the new GS.
I am so happy that finally they screwed up really good. Maybe this would be the reason to change the management so they could bring better looking cars out there for people to purchase
you call that redesign?
It's so........similar to the old model.
Except it got uglier with the new predator grill.....
Jelousy competitors and losers. Lexus RX leads in styling and others like KIA Sorento and Sportage follow to copy shamelessly. Dont come up with spindle sytle you copycats.
