Just to get it out of the way, we believe that no matter what you vote on this poll, it's certain that most of us gearheads would have no problem whatsoever parking any of these two exotics under our garage if let's say, some magical fairy, riding a white Unicorn of course, were to hand over their keys to us.
And why would we as both the new Ferrari F12berlinetta and the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 are amongst the crème de la crème of their category. Did we mention that they both have at least 700-stallions under their hoods?
But aesthetics are always very subjective, and what we would like you to tell us by voting in our poll and why not, elaborate in the comments section below, is from what you have seen up until now, which one of these two exotic Italians is the better looking supercar?

The Lamborghini Aventador is a million times better looking inside and out. Ferraris are nice, but they all seem to look the same on the inside now and models from the 80's look much better to me.
They're both ugly versions of their predecessors
The Ferrari certainly has more style than the Lamborghini, it's more like a car where the Lambo is more like a Stealth fighter for the road, with all those angular lines and flat surfaces. Good for radar evasion, but not particularly good for aerodynamics where smooth surfaces work better. I'd be interested to see a drag coefficient comparison.
I prefer practical performance improvements in my supercars, which is better on the track and on the road, looks are always secondary for me. If it came down to picking one that I wanted to drive every day, I'd go with the Ferrari
The Aventador wins for interior design hands down, but I've never been a fan of the angular styling of Lambo, therefore Ferrari is the choice for the exterior.
I think the question most buyers would rather have an answer to is which of the two would be less likely to catch fire by itself.
The Aventador is probably more exotic and exciting then the F12 in the looks department. That being said, I have a thing from front engined GT coupes so my money would go with the F12.
The Lambo looks like a supercar, supercars are suposed to be abit mental. The Ferrari is to much a GT car. We just ahve to wait for a F70 to get a new supercar from Ferrari. Or is the Lambo up in the hypercar class? together with the Zonda?

Ferrari is running out of design, comparing to the older design of the 70's, the 80's, and the 90's, Ferrari does not have any new car that looks good enough.
i don't like new ferrari. it's very boring as for me, nothing new i see in their direction of design. May be it is good, but it doesn't make a such big impression as Avendator did, when appeared

drag coefficient for the Ferrari F12berlinetta is just 0.299 and the Lamborghini Aventador drag coefficient is .33
now I do not know if these Drag coefficients are right I found them online.
The Lambo looks waaayy better. I don't like the wiiiiiiide front grill and the thong look of the rear of the Ferrari. Maybe it'll grow on me. At first I did'nt like the 450 Italia but now I like it a lot so we'll see.

I love them both and they are very hard to compare since one is a bats*** crazy midengined and the other a bats*** crazy grandtourer. I have just always favored Lamborghinis and long for the days of the Testerosa as a true Lamborghini competitor. I really wish Ferrari would make V-12 midengined car other than the on-again off-again F-40/F-50/Enzo tribute series.

Thanks, I expected the Ferrari to be better, though they're pretty close. But when it comes speeds in excess of 200 mph that extra slipperiness can make all the difference. To really know how they fare at hyper-velocities you have to see the wind tunnel test at various speeds, since every design can react differently based on a number of factors.
Let's hope someone takes them out to the salt flats to see what they can achieve in an unlimited run :)

The Aventador is more unique. The Ferrari just looks like a sedan. Same-ol same-ol: just like a refreshed Fiorano + a 458 Italia.

At least,with each model change both Lamborghini and Ferrari have the cars looking a little different from their predecessors.Porsche on the other hand may change the rear light lense and the side view mirrors and viola! ..............the next generation Porsche!

ufff papi lamborghini looks amazing inside and out........ferrari i have seen them tail lights before,dump trucks,trailers,ice cream truck,nissan gtr since the 80`s and the rest of the trucks out there...sounded pretty clever.

i am a ferrari guy but let's be honest. aventador looks good as hell while ferrari is going further to american muscle cars which make no sense at all in means of design.
also lambo took a huge leap on design from murcielago to aventador. there has been a big development on 4wd system which let rear end to be more desireable.
the lambo is better looking on the exterior, but the ferrari has much better interior and according to rumors the ferrari will be a little more powerful. the lambo would be my choice though because i prefer mid engine cars over front engined, corvette wannabes.
